BLACO — Refund and Returns Policy
At BLACO, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for men’s and women’s perfumes purchased from our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Orders are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Return requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Perfumes opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:

Product name

Reason for return/refund

Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Wait for confirmation from our team with return instructions.
Important: Do not send the product back without our authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.

Customers are responsible for the product until it reaches BLACO. We recommend keeping proof of shipment.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Refunds are processed via the original cash-on-delivery method. Since BLACO operates on COD, we will coordinate with you to deliver the refund in cash or via agreed-upon alternatives within Morocco only.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days after product approval.
5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, BLACO offers an exchange instead of a refund, whenever possible.

Exchanges are limited to the same product or similar value and are processed within Morocco only.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used perfumes

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

Products outside the 7-day return window
